Geotechnical Engineering Group is a regional engineering firm experienced with design and construction in the challenging and variable geology of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Our firm provides design and analytical expertise backed up by in-house support services. These services include construction supervision and observation, field testing, soil and foundation investigations, environmental investigations, laboratory testing, and civil and structural design services.

Geotechnical Engineering Group has completed numerous local high profile projects including Mesa County Justice Center, Mesa County Jail, Grand Junction City Hall, Riverside Parkway and the 30 Road Underpass. Regional and national projects on our resume include oil field infrastructure design and construction services for several major oil company operators including Chevron USA, XTO Energy and Williams Companies to name a few and our work for the US Department of Energy. In addition, we are certified by a number of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Colorado Department of Transportation, the Colorado Asphalt Producers Association (CAPA), National Institute for Certification of Engineering Technicians (NICET), American Concrete Institute (ACI), U.S. Department of Energy (USDOE), and several more.
